Meet the Founder
Tuan Duong
As an investor himself, he worked hard to save for his first property purchase and was told to go seek a quantity surveyor and purchase a tax depreciation schedule.
With little knowledge of what a quantity surveyor does, he purchased a tax depreciation schedule for his accountant to claim on tax deductions. It was when he saw how much he saved on his tax return that he understood the significant financial benefits of a tax depreciation schedule.
Armed with the knowledge that many first-time property investors like himself had no idea about the savings they could make, he sought to combine his expertise in construction and his passion to help others to establish Duo Tax Quantity Surveyors.
Tuan is also an affiliate member of the Australian Institute of Quantity Surveyors and is a Registered Tax Agent to offer advice on all matters related to depreciation.
